Shipping & Returns
The Tui Collection ships via DHL Express for international orders and takes 1-3 days to be delivered. Please note that these shipping times are estimates & do not include any delays that may be caused by customs in your country.
Please allow 2 business days for processing and your item will be shipped out the next working day.
The Tui Collection is not responsible for any duties and taxes incurred by the receiving country and are payable by the receiver.
The Tui Collection offers door to door delivery for all local orders.
You will be able to choose from 3 methods:
- Standard Delivery (1-3 working days delivery) – Free
- Next Day Delivery (Next working day) - $4.50
- Same Day Delivery (Express 3 Hours) - $9.00
Once an order has been shipped out, we are unable to change the address. Please ensure that you have input the correct and accurate delivery address to avoid any delays.
The Tui Collection is not responsible for any loss due to incorrect address input.
RETURN & EXCHANGES
To be eligible for returns you must request a Return Authorization Number within 14 days of your purchase.
Returns and exchanges are subject to condition and must be returned to our warehouse within 21 days from purchase date. For purchases within Singapore, returns must be done within 7 working days from purchase date.
After 21 days returns and exchanges will not be accepted and will incur shipping charges to return the item to you based on our shipping table.
Please allow 3 working days for us to process your request.
Shoes – Only products with unworn and unmarked soles will be accepted. Shoes scuff easily on hard surfaces, please try on your shoes on carpet and return them with all their original tags and packaging as received.
Lingerie – Lingerie can not be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Jewelry – Products must be unscratched and undented and in full sellable condition. Earrings can not be returned due to hygiene reasons.
HOW TO RETURN
- Indicate on your invoice whether you are exchanging or returning the item(s)
- For exchanges: please indicate the desired model/size. We recommend you contact customer service to place your exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we await your package. Please send an e-mail with the order number, the item, and size you would like on hold.
