RETURN & EXCHANGES
To be eligible for return/exchange of goods, you must send an email to (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 7 days of receipt of goods stating your invoice number, item you would like to return and reason for return.
Once your return/exchange is recognised, you will need to return item/s in all original packaging, unworn with tags.
Returns and exchanges are subject to conditions* and must be received in our warehouse within 21 days from purchase date.
After 21 days, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.
Returns and exchange shipping costs will be paid for by the customer.
*Shoes – Only products with unworn and unmarked soles will be accepted. Shoes scuff easily on hard surfaces, please try on your shoes on carpet and return them with all their original tags and packaging as received.
Lingerie – Lingerie can not be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Jewelry – Products must be unscratched and undented and in full sellable condition. Earrings can not be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Sale Items - We strictly do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale & discounted items, items in a flash sale or online promotion.
Requests for refunds have to be made within 7 days of receiving your goods and are subject to assessment and approval. Once your request for a refund has been approved, you will be refunded through your original mode of payment or through our payment provider.
Any requests made after 7 days will be refunded via store credits.
Point of sale items and items purchased at events/fairs are non-refundable.
Please note that we do not refund shipping costs.
Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and may only be used on available stock.
Store credits are not valid for preorders and customized items.
