Dangling from small hand beaten crecsents are encased square emeralds  hinged to 1.3cm roman abstract hearts set with lightly faceted oval emeralds  and then hinged to square woven chain. The press down fastening also features an additional stopper for thinner ear lobes and additional security.

925 Silver with 22k gold vermeil.
